At Aurea Luce, we want you to love your sunglasses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, sunglasses must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at juan6670@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at juan6670@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
